This piece, previously titled P.O.P. (Plane on Plane) has been shown at The Wright Museum of Art in Beloit, WI, Madison Museum of Contemporary Art in Madison, WI and Northern Arizona University Art Museum in Flagstaff, Arizona.

For this permanent installation, Taking Flight was specifically installed in this arrangement based on the movement and pattern of a flock of Starlings in motion.
