Untitled (Rye and Kentucky BlueGrass Wall) October 2002

In loving Milwaukee for its blue skies and abundant parks, I wanted to add yet another 'green space', in the form of a wall. Building five, 4 x 8' raised beds from plywood, 2 x 4's, dirt, mesh, and seed I raised an 8 by 20' wall of Rye and Kentucky Blue Grass. At the opposing end of the gallery, three large fans were installed and running to add to that touch of the outdoors.
